Terms of use.

AulaWise is an independent tool for teachers who want to organise B2/C1 class tracking, marks, mocks, goals and reports.

It does not replace professional teacher judgement or guarantee specific outcomes.

Percentages, trends and estimated scales are calculated from the data entered by the user.

Scales are indicative and intended for teacher tracking, not as official results. The user must check that the entered data and resulting reports are suitable before sharing them.

The user is responsible for entering accurate data, keeping their account confidential and using the tool respectfully with regard to student privacy.

AulaWise should not be used to store sensitive information that is not needed for academic tracking. The teacher or centre must have the necessary legal basis for the data it enters and inform students or families where required.

The AI report feature creates an individual draft from the available academic data and is only activated at the teacher's request. It is not an automated decision or an official result, and does not determine a pass, progression to another level or access to any course.

The teacher must review the text before sharing it and remains responsible for their professional judgement, its accuracy and the use made of it. The feature must not be used to add particularly sensitive data or information that is unnecessary for the academic assessment.

The user is responsible for protecting their access credentials and reporting any unauthorised use they identify. AulaWise may update the service for security, maintenance or improvement reasons.

The commercial terms, plan limits, prices and any trial periods shown during registration or on the website take priority over older versions of the page. All prices published on AulaWise include applicable VAT.

When AulaWise is contracted by a centre, the parties will regulate the processing of student data through the applicable terms and data-processing agreement. That agreement is a necessary part of institutional use of the service.

AulaWise does not authorise use of the tool to make automated decisions with significant effects on a student.
