When a teacher explicitly requests it, AulaWise can turn a student's marks and progress into a draft comment or report. It is designed to save time and organise the information already available.

This feature is optional: you can generate reports and PDFs without using AI or including any generated comment.

AI does not mark exams, decide passes, level changes or access to courses. It does not replace a teacher's observation or independently interpret a student's personal situation.

Generated text may contain inaccuracies or fail to reflect the full classroom context. It is a starting point, not an automatic conclusion.

To write a draft, AulaWise shares the student's visible name and only the academic data needed: results, trends, attendance when selected, and areas to improve.

The student's email and the teacher's internal notes are not sent.

Read the draft, adjust its tone, check the facts and tailor its recommendations to the student before sending it to a family, student or coordinator. The teacher keeps control and responsibility for the final report.

If the text is not suitable, you can edit it, delete it or prepare the PDF without a comment.

Do not use the teacher comment or AulaWise fields for health data, diagnoses, special educational needs, family situations, disciplinary information or other particularly sensitive data, unless this is strictly necessary and your school has an appropriate legal basis and specific safeguards.

For routine tracking, keep information to necessary academic results and pedagogical observations.
